To view and download your bank statements, navigate to the banks’ website homepage. Click on the My Account tab, and a dropdown menu will appear. You need to scroll down to the Statements & Activity option and click on it. You will be prompted to log in to your account and find the statement you want.
If you don’t have an account, don’t worry, as creating a new one is easy. All you need is the 15 digits number on your card and the four digits on your ID.
The statement will show the following:
Account number
This is the specific number for your account and is located in the top right-hand corner of the statement.
Card Member name
The name of the cardholder responsible for the account.
Interest charge
This is the interest accrued on the account since the last statement.
New balance
This is the total of the previous balance. Any new charges and payments or credits that have been applied to the account since the last statement.
Minimum payment due
The minimum amount paid by the due date is to keep the account current.
Payment due date
The payment due date marks when the minimum payment must be received to keep the account current.
