Discover, a financial institution focused primarily on credit cards within the United States, sits behind Mastercard and Visa as the third most popular credit card brand with over 50 million customers. The institution innovated the popular cash-back options that many other credit cards have adopted.

It also became popular because it offered higher than normal credit lines alongside the zero-interest perk. Discover also offers digital banking and payment services. Some of the services include credit cards, various loans, checking and savings accounts, competitive APYs, Certificate of Deposits (CDs) and IRA CDs, and no monthly fees.

With the Discover credit card, you get one percent cash-back on all purchases, which you can redeem and put toward your statement, deposit into your checking account, or even use toward a purchase on Amazon.com.

Discover Bank Statement Template

When you bank with Discover, you can access your statements via mail or paperless online. If you choose to download your Discover bank statement online, you can view up to seven years of transactions. However, if you are not enrolled in paperless statements, you can only view statements dating back to 24-months maximum.

To access your online statements, you will need to navigate to your “account management” page and choose the statements option from the menu. You can click “download” to input your date range and information and process the statement. You can also transfer your statements to your home computer finance software, such as Quickbooks or TurboTax. If you don’t want to download your statements online, or you run into issues when doing so, you can contact Discover’s customer service line for assistance. However, you might want to check to see if you’re enrolled in paperless statements first because that might be the root of the problems you face.
