To fill out a bank statement with MetaBank you must first log in or create an account. When you make an account or log in, there will be a place to click called “eStatements”. This is where you will be able to choose between selecting the options paper or electronic statements. Once you pick your choice of a statement, you will have to read over the eStatement disclosure and click “Example Statement” to get a confirmation code.

Once you have the confirmation code, you will then have to input it into the “Statement Access Confirmation Code” box and click agree.
