Regions Bank makes accessing all account statements, including bank statements, relatively easy. Customers can activate online bank statements using Regions Bank’s online banking services. They simply need to log in to their account and select the “I want to…” drop-down menu. From there, they should select “View Statements.”
After that, customers will be able to select the account they wish to view statements for and click “Enroll.” Once enrolled, their online statements for the last seven years will be available at any time in the “Statements” tab for that account. Customers will also be able to download and print bank statements as a PDF.
When they download their statement, customers will see their name and address, the account number, and the account period. Beneath that, Regions Bank statements include an account summary which shows the beginning balance, withdrawals, deposits, fees, automatic transfers, check summaries, and the ending balance. Below the summary, the statement shows a detailed transaction history separated into deposits and withdrawals. Should customers need it, Regions Bank provides several customer service phone numbers, including a general banking line, a mortgage information line, and a mortgage servicing line.
